Shipping policy
Here is how I handle shipping, delivery and tracking for Pixqon orders. Everything is printed and packed by me, so I like to keep things simple and clear.
Shipping at a glance
- Physical products are 3D printed to order, then shipped to a set list of countries.
- Shipping cost is included in the product price for physical items. No extra surprise shipping fee is added at checkout.
- Digital products like STL files are delivered by download and do not require shipping.
- You can check the latest status of your order using the Pixqon order tracker.
I usually reply to shipping questions within 48 to 72 hours. If something feels off with your tracking, email me and I will check it.
Where I currently ship
Right now I ship physical Pixqon products to these regions:
- North America: Canada, United States
- Europe: Germany, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
If your country is not in one of these groups, I am not shipping physical items there yet. Digital products such as STL files are available worldwide as downloads, unless a specific product page says otherwise.
Processing and dispatch
Most Pixqon items are 3D printed to order. That means I first print, clean and check your item, then pack and hand it to the carrier.
Dispatch time can vary depending on how many orders are in the queue and how complex the print is. If I ever expect a noticeably longer delay than usual, I try to let you know.
Shipping time on top of that depends on the carrier and destination. The rough timing shown at checkout is a good guide for what to expect.
Tracking and delivery issues
When your order ships you will usually receive an email with tracking details. You can also use the Pixqon order tracker at any time.
If tracking has not updated for a while, or a parcel looks stuck, feel free to email me with your order number so I can check it from my side as well.
For parcels that appear lost or heavily delayed, I will look at the carrier history and work with you on a reasonable solution, which could be a replacement or another approach depending on what the tracking shows.
